As soon as the order received, we will deliver it within 5 days at the minimum and in 10 days at the maximum
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your product delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your order write an email to us at “info@rammusical.com” . Please mention the reason of return and order ID. After that you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After inspection of product we will generate refund for you.
